Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  
Ensuring safety and comfort for all our guest  
  1. Please note COVID 19 policy takes precedence over our normal policy.
  2. Reception hours are from 8.00 am – 5.00 pm. Please call 08 99430527 during office hours if you are arriving after hours.  
  3. We strongly advise travel insurance for all your holiday reservations to meet your personal requirements in respect to personal injury, illness, employment changes or weather conditions. 
  4. Accommodation prices are set and information is available on accommodation page. 
  5. Family unit maximum 4 persons.
  6. Please be advised we are unable to pre-allocate specific room or site numbers. Requests will be considered on a same day availability basis. 
  7. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY ACCOMMODATION.
  8. You must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation with us. 
  9. You will be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and may be required to provide photo ID. 
  10. Check-in times are from 11.00 am for sites on day of arrival and from 2.00 pm for accommodation on day of arrival. 
  11. Check out time is strictly by 10.00 am. No refunds for early departures.  
  12. All roads to be kept clear at all times. Speed limit on park 8km p/h.  
  13. QUIET TIME strictly from 9.30pm till 7.30 am. Please respect your neighbor's. 
  14. Push bikes, scooters can be ridden between 8.00am and dusk. (HELMETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES)  
  15. No washing cars, boats or caravans due to water restrictions. (water is bore water and has a high calcium content which may affect paintwork etc.).


DISCLAIMER: Owners and / or Management assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of any kind. We reserve the right to select our clientele and guests. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) for detrimental conduct or failure to abide by our rules. Your reservation guarantees you a site – not a particular site.
Check-in times: From 11am for sites, on day of arrival and from 2pm for units, on day of arrival
Check-out time: Strictly 10.00am, on day of departure.
                            Once you have arrived and started your holiday refunds will be not issued.

Terms and conditions (COVID-19)
The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access Mount Augustus Tourist Parks’ premises, events or services.
Where the customer does not meet the Government’s vaccination or testing requirement/s:
(a) for entry to Mount Augustus Tourist Park or to access the operator’s services, the customer will not be granted entry and will forfeit any and all monies paid. 
Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions (other than vaccination or testing requirements):
(a) the customer will be entitled to a credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the manager.
What is Mt Augustus Tourist Park doing to reduce the risk of COVID-19?
We have implemented the following measures for the safety of guests and staff:
  • We assure you that we are taking hygiene seriously. You can be confident that the property is being cleaned to the highest of standards, and that our staff are employing heightened levels of sanitation.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus, you must cancel your stay, (Non-Refundable) self-isolate and contact your doctor immediately.
